- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently took my cats in for an annual exam, rabies, and leukemia shots. I had to go back in 3 weeks for a booster shot for all 3. Simple process, took cats out of crate gave them shot and put them back in. They charged me an exam fee for all 3 cats on top of the shot cost. When I complained and said they had recent exams and that today there was no exam given the response was "that is our standard of care". Appeared to me an opportunity to upcharge. Not the 1st time having a challenge with the front desk. I won't be back.December 24, 2016by Mike Motherway
